அருமைத் தோழர்களே ! நமது முக்கிய பிரச்சனைகளில் நீண்ட நாள் தீர்வின்றி இருப்பது குறித்து நமது மத்திய சங்கம் நிர்வாகத்தை சந்தித்து  கீழ் கண்ட பிரச்சனைகளை தீர்விற்காக விவாதித்துள்ளது. 

Com. P. Abhimanyu, GS, Com. Swapan Chakravarty, Dy. GS and Com. M. K. Dave, AGS  met Ms. Madhu Arora PGM (Estt.) and discussed the following issues. :

Implementation of Supreme Court Order on Recovery of Over Payment.:

The issue was once again discussed with the PGM (Estt.) today. During the course of discussion, the PGM (Estt.) expressed her concern that a huge amount may be involved to implement the Supreme Court Order. For example, Rs. 2 Crore may be required to settle the cases of a small circle like Punjab.  The Union Representatives responded to this, by saying that the Supreme Court Order has to be implemented, irrespective of the volume of expenditure involved. The Representatives also expressed their concern about the delay in the settlement of this issue by the Management. It was also pointed out that the Union may have to resort to legal remedy, if the implementation of the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court is unduly delayed.

Relaxing the 10th Standard qualification for TT LDCE.:

The PGM (Estt.) said that a decision on this issue would be taken in National Council Meeting to be held on 11.05.2017.

Holding of JE LICE. :

 Union Representatives expressed their concern over the undue delay in issuing notification for holding JE LICE. The PGM (Estt.) replied that the Corporate Office is in the process of ascertaining vacancy position in various circles. The representatives requested expeditious action by the Corporate Office.

Conferment of first Promotion under NEPP, on completion of 4 years to the TSMs regularized after 01.10.2000. :

The PGM (Estt.) replied that this issue is being submitted for the approval of Management Committee and thereafter it will be sent to the DOT. 

Undoing the down gradation of  Sr. TOAs from 7100 to 6550 pay scale. :

One round of discussion has taken place between the Management and BSNLEU on 28.04.2017. In today’s meeting, it is decided to have further discussion on 16.05.2017.

Settlement of anomaly issues. :

The Union Representatives once again expressed their serious concern over the inordinate delay in the settlement of Anomalies issue. They requested the PGM (Estt.) to once again approach the DOT in this regard.
